Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from deliverly of your item. All returned items are inspected before a refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  

Due to Covid-19 - shipping times may take longer than usual.  We will make every effort to get your order processed as quickly as possible.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

At this time, we only ship inside the US. 

We are, however, looking for shipping options to other countries.
